Back to Running

So this week I started Week 1 of Hal Higdon’s marathon recovery program.  This basically meant I started a modified schedule of running again. Monday:  4 miles outside. Tuesday:  Off.  Preschool trip to a local amusement park.  In the RAIN.  Super awesome. Wednesday:  3 morning treadmill miles. Thursday:  5 treadmill miles after work.  It was Continue Reading »
